organization

The Global Dialogues series is organized by the open editorial group Women on Air , which consists of women of different ages and origins. Motivated by the idea of promoting women's presence on the radio, the direct socio-political intervention of women in public space should be strengthened. In order to encourage them, every interested woman can actively participate in this work, take part in the workshops that take place on a regular basis and design programs herself. When realizing a pre-produced broadcast or a live broadcast, there is usually no division of work within the group, so each employee is jointly responsible for interviews, moderation, editing, etc.
