Red Line is a six-volume English textbook series for secondary schools, published by Ernst Klett Verlag and published from 2007 to 2010.

In 2007 the first volume of the new textbook series was published. The generation of textbooks begins with “Red Line 1”, which the pupils in grade 5 work with, and ends with “Red Line 6”. The books consist of chapters, "Passing on information", "A project", "A story" and the grammar and vocabulary part. The chapters are made up of 2 "Check-in" pages, 6-10 "Language" pages, a big story, a "Wordwise", and a "Check-out" page.

Further editions

The previous generations of Red Line are called Red Line New , Red Line and Password Red . They were published by Ernst Klett Verlag from 1995 and 1999 and have been replaced by Red Line . A new edition of Red Line appeared in 2014. Orange Line is used at the orientation level and at the comprehensive school . Let's go was designed for work at the secondary school . Green Line is used in high schools .
