Wudu is the language of the Wudu people of the same name .
The Wudu are one of the numerically smallest peoples of Togo. Wudu is critically endangered and belongs to the Kwa languages .
There should be around 2,000 speakers in Togo. The language Wudu is mainly used in the Oren Gbékon and Glitho.
The language area of the Wudu lies between the 6th and 7th parallel, east of the language area of the Mahi language . In the south it borders on the language areas of the Fon and Aja languages .
