The Wuruma Reservoir is a reservoir in the southeast of the Australian state of Queensland . It is located on the Nogo River , a tributary of the Burnett River and is used for irrigation and the provision of drinking water for the cities of Eidsvold , Mundubbera and Gayndah .

SunWater , the operator of the reservoir, is currently carrying out a program to increase the storage volume in order to comply with the new legal regulations on dam safety. In the long term, the outlet is to be moved upwards.

For fishing you need a special permit ( Stocked Impoundment Permit ).
