Wuwei (Wuhu)
Wuwei County ( Chinese 无为 县 , Pinyin Wúwéi Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Wuhu in the Chinese province of Anhui . It has an area of 2,449 square kilometers and has a population of around 1.39 million (2004). Its main town is the large community of Wucheng ( 无 城镇 ).

At the community level, the district consists of nineteen large communities and four communities.
