Xantoo was a German pop duo . It was formed at the end of 2006 from the singer Gracia Baur and the singer Marvin Broadie.
Act
One year after the recording of Gracia Baur's last album, which had only sold moderately at the end of 2005, she was joined by the soul singer Marvin Broadie to revive her career. Both met in the Bros Music recording studio in Weil am Rhein , which belongs to David Brandes . Broadie was a member of the British-American soul band Soultans until 1999 , with whom he was able to land several chart successes.
The ballad Cos I Believe was released as a single for Christmas 2006 . The German TV broadcaster RTL II used the song as background music for its trailer. At the end of 2006 the single entered the German sales charts at number 39. It stayed there for six weeks.
