Yannis Tafer (born February 11, 1991 in Grenoble ) is a French football player .
Career
Tafer started playing football at FC Échirolles at the age of six. In 2004 he moved to Olympique Lyon, where he went through teams of all ages. After a season in which he was loaned to Toulouse FC , he returned to Lyon for a short time in 2011. Since summer 2012 he has been under contract with FC Lausanne-Sport in the Swiss Raiffeisen Super League .
In the summer of 2014, he moved from relegated FC Lausanne-Sport to FC St. Gallen , where he played until 2019.
