Yongchang (Jinchang)
Yongchang ( Chinese 永昌 县 , Pinyin Yǒngchāng Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Jinchang in the northwestern Chinese province of Gansu . Yongchang has an area of 5,879 km². In 1999 it had 250,811 inhabitants. Even at the end of 2004, its population was given as around 250,000.
Administrative structure
At the community level, Yongchang consists of six large communities and four communities . These are:
- Greater community Chengguan (城关镇);
- Greater community Hexipu (河西堡镇);
- Xinchengzi Municipality (新城 子 镇);
- Greater community Zhuwangpu (朱王堡镇);
- Greater community Dongzhai (东寨镇);
- Greater community Shui Yuan (水源镇);
- Community Hongshanyao (红山窑乡);
- Community Jiaojiazhuang (焦家庄乡);
- Liuba Township (六 坝乡);
- Nanba Municipality (南 坝乡).
