The Yongzhong or Yong bell ( Chinese  甬 钟 , Pinyin yǒngzhōng ) is a certain type of Chinese bronze bell and an ancient Chinese percussion instrument . The bells were also used for chimes made from various bells, such as the bianzhong ( 编钟 ) in the tomb of Marquis Yi von Zeng . The tomb of the Marquis of Cai in Shouxian also contained a complete set of carillon made from these bells.
