Yoshio Kitajima ( Japanese 北島 義 生 , Kitajima Yoshio ; born October 29, 1975 in Ibaraki Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

He signed his first contract in 1996 with the Guangdong Hongyuan . In 1997 he moved to Oita Trinity . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Football League . For the club he played five games. In 1998 he moved to league competitor Mito HollyHock . In 1999 he was loaned to the second division Ventforet Kofu . For the club he played six games. In 2000 he returned to Mito HollyHock. For the club he completed 129 games. In 2006 he moved to league competitor Shonan Bellmare . For the club he completed 54 games. At the end of 2008 he ended his career as a football player.
