Yusuf Estes
Yusuf Estes , actually Joseph Estes (* 1944 ) is an American preacher who converted from Christianity to Islam in 1991 . In the 1990s, Estes served as a chaplain for the Federal Bureau of Prisons . Estes was also a delegate at the United Nations World Peace Conference for Religious Leaders , which was held in 2000, and is the founder and director of GuideUS TV.
Active in Islamic proselytizing in the USA , Estes often works as a guest presenter and speaker at various Islamic events and is invited to various television programs broadcast on satellite television. At the Dubai International Holy Quran Award , he was named the most important Islamic figure of 2012 in August 2012.
