Yusuf Hassan Ibrahim

Yusuf Hassan Ibrahim ( Arabic يوسف حسن إبراهيم) was Foreign Minister of the Transitional Government of Somalia from February 16, 2002 to December 1, 2004 .

During his time as foreign minister he sought more international support from his government and took the view that al-Qaeda had neither members nor supporters in Somalia . This view was not shared by the US government, for example .
