Zafar Rustamowitch Schachmuratow ( Kyrgyz Зафар Рустамович Шахмуратов ; born October 31, 1995 ) is a Kyrgyz biathlete .

Zafar Shachmuratov took part in the Winter Asian Games 2011 in Almaty . As the youngest participant in the sprint race, he finished eleventh of 14 places, leaving the two participating Taiwanese and his compatriot Asamat Bodschokojew behind. With four shooting errors, he was in line with the competition. In the pursuit race, he did not reach the goal because he was lapped by a faster runner during the race. With eight mistakes after three shooting bouts, he now showed a less good performance. In the individual race, he reached eleventh and last place. With 12 mistakes in shooting, this partial performance was again not good.
