Zanderroth Architects ( spelling : zanderroth architects ) is a German architecture firm in Berlin specializing in residential construction .

history

Sascha Zander and Christian Roth founded the Zanderroth Architects office in Berlin in 1999. They worked out an assembly concept with which they were able to develop and implement numerous housing projects in Berlin themselves. The main focus of her work lies in the development, planning and execution of projects in the field of urban housing construction ranging from a few residential units to entire urban planning. The clients mainly include private individuals, municipal housing companies and building owners' associations in particular. The floor plans are flexibly planned and individually configured for the different needs of the building owners in the joint building projects. The architecture by Zanderroth Architects has received several awards, most recently with the MIPIM Award 2017 in the “Best Residential Development” category.
