The ZLR has been published every two months since 2004. Attorney Carl von Jagow is responsible for the content. The ZLR is published in cooperation with Dieter Eckert, Dietrich Gorny, Matthias Horst, Friedhelm Hufen, Hans-Jörg Koch, Stefan Leible, Susanne Langguth, Wolfgang Loschelder, Thomas Mettke, Kurt-Dietrich Rathke, Olaf Sosnitza, Rudolf Streinz and Michael Winter.
