Central Capital Market Committee

The Central Capital Market Committee (ZKMA) is a finance committee operated by commercial banks in Germany, consisting of 11 members. Membership is voluntary.

It was founded in 1957 and aims to counteract excessive demands on the capital market through controlled issue planning. It gives recommendations for emissions planning by private emitters and the public sector .

Based on these recommendations z. B. a schedule for the issuance of bonds from the Federal Republic of Germany , the IPO of companies, etc. exactly planned, since the capital market has only a limited capacity.
