Working method and offers
The center acts at the interface between the school and extracurricular offers and assistance. With its activities it helps to improve the situation of young people during the transition from school to work.
For this purpose, new, also unconventional ways of access to young people who were previously difficult to reach are being pursued. Based on the wishes and skills of the young people, individual offers are developed that help them develop and realize professional prospects.
The cooperation model not only combines school parts with those of youth welfare on the theoretical level, but also puts this cooperation directly into practice. This approach enables interests to be bundled and resources to be used in a targeted manner.
