Zereg
Zereg ( Mongolian Зэрэг Сум , also: Dzereg Sum ) is a Sum (district) of the Aimag (province) Chowd in western Mongolia. The administrative center is Altanteel .
geography
The Sum is located in the center of the province, between the mountain ranges of Baatar Hayrhan in the south and Bumbag Hayrhan Uul in the north. The region is dominated by the Dzeregiyn Nuur lake and the Hoyt Tsenher Gol river . The districts of Tschandman (Chandmani, Чандмань, N), Darwi (Дарви, O), Möst (Мөст, S) and Manchan (Манхан, Mankhan, W) border the Sum . The AH 4 is the main traffic route.
