Zhonghua yinshi wenku

The Zhonghua yinshi wenku or Zhonghua yin shi wen ku ( Chinese  中華 飲食 文庫  /  中华 饮食 文库  - "Book series on drinks and food in China") is a series of Chinese books on Chinese eating and drinking culture published in loose succession by Qingdao chubanshe (青島 出版社; Qingdao Publishing House; 7-5436) has been published in Qingdao since 1995 .

It is currently one of the most important collections of materials for understanding many aspects of Chinese food and drink culture and one of the most extensive scientific series with processed historical material on this topic.

The book series consists of several self-contained, sometimes multi-volume works, including several dictionaries and encyclopedias.
