Xiangle Brick Pagoda

The brick pagoda of Xiangle ( 湘乐砖塔 , Xiānglè zhuāntǎ ) is a Buddhist pagoda dating back to the Song Dynasty in the large village Xiangle in circles Ning (宁县; Pinyin : Ning Xiàn) in the southeast of the prefecture-level city Qingyang the Chinese province of Gansu .

The tower-style pagoda made of wood and brick is octagonal and has seven floors. It provides a testimony to the brick pagoda architecture in Gansu which was already well developed during the Song Dynasty.

The Brick Pagoda of Xiangle has been on the List of Monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-794) since 2006 .
