The municipality of Ziliujing ( Chinese 自流井 区 , Pinyin Zìliújǐng Qū ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Zigong in the Chinese province of Sichuan . It has an area of 154 km² and has 330,000 inhabitants. It is the center and seat of the Zigong city government.
