Zinc yellow
Zinc yellow is a pigment , the name being common for several chromates :
- Zinc potassium chromate or potassium hydroxyoctaoxodizincate dichromate (CAS No. 11103-86-9) with the sum formula KZn 2 (CrO 4 ) 2 (H 2 O) (OH) or KZn 2 (CrO 4 ) 2 (OH)
- Zinc chromate (CAS No. 13530-65-9) with the formula ZnCrO 4
- Basic zinc potassium chromate (CAS No. 37300-23-5) with the formula K 2 Zn 4 (CrO 4 ) 4 (OH) 2
- Tetrahydroxozinc chromate or zinc chromate hydroxide (CAS No. 15930-94-6) with the formula Zn 5 (CrO 4 ) (OH) 8
