from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lemon powder is a herbal condiment . It is made from the dried pulp of lemons , which is finely ground after the drying process. Lemon powder is used in the production of sausages , especially bratwurst . In contrast to other powdered spices and their starting products, it is considered to be equivalent to fresh lemons. Lemon powder is also used to refer to dried lemon peel that has been crushed. Various powdery products with a lemon flavor or aroma are also called this.
