Zoe Hagen

Zoe Hagen (born December 1994 in Berlin- Schöneberg) is a German author and poetry slammer .

Life

Zoe Hagen has been a regular poetry slammer on stage since 2013. Shortly after her first appearance at Kreuzbergslam in the Lido in Berlin , other appearances followed at well-known slams throughout Germany. In 2014 she was runner-up in the German-speaking U20 poetry slam championships. In her texts, Zoe Hagen deals with socially critical issues.

Her debut novel Tage mit Leuchtkäfern was published by Ullstein Verlag in March 2016 . She wrote this within a few weeks at the age of 17. It is about the experiences of a young person who suffers from bulimia .

Zoe Hagen currently lives in a shared apartment in Berlin-Charlottenburg and is working on her second novel.
