The Zoo de Lagos or Parque Zoológico de Lagos is a small zoo opened in 2000 near Lagos in Portugal. The zoo, located in the town of Barão de São João in the Lagos district (Municipio Lagos), grew out of a farm that was often visited by school classes to meet animals. For this purpose, the owners of the farm kept acquiring new, rarer animal species, and in 1997 planning began for a zoo in the real sense. The zoo has been open to the public since November 16, 2000.

The zoo shows around 350 species, most of which are mammals and birds, including several species of hornbills . The zoo also shows turtles, dwarf crocodiles and cobras. The largest area is taken up by a farm and a lake with artificial monkey islands, with an island with coatis in the lake . The facility with the nocturnal Lyle flying foxes is the only part of the zoo that is only open by the hour.

The zoo can be reached from Lagos by bus. An oversized gorilla statue greets visitors at the bus stop.
