To Knipp 1 (Berzbuir)

The Zum Knipp 1 building is located in the Berzbuir district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The plant was built in the 17th / 18th Century built.

The group that belongs together consists of two eaves-standing houses , namely a half-timbered house from the 18th century and a brick house from the 19th century. An eaves half-timbered barn was added in the 18th century. All buildings have a gable roof .

The building is registered under No. 3/015 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
