Consent Act
In the German constitutional law, various laws are referred to as consent law:
- a federal law which, in contrast to the objection law , requires the approval of the Bundesrat, see law requiring approval ;
- a federal law that gives the domestic consent to an international treaty (also known as a treaty law ), see international treaty and transformation law ;
- a state law with which a state parliament gives its approval to a state treaty negotiated by the state government .
