Allocation process
The term allocation procedure is used in different contexts:
- in the case of elections , seats must be allocated according to the voting shares, see seat allocation procedure
- Central banks allocate newly created central bank money to the commercial banks . Allocation procedures are variable rate tenders and volume tenders; see Open Market Policy # Allocation Process of Central Bank Money
- Building societies and Z. allocate a building society contract ready for allocation to building society savers willing to build
- In market economies, the price of a good often regulates the allocation. Examples:
