Intermediate time (work study)

The intermediate time t zwS according to REFA is made up of the sum of those target times during which the execution of a task is interrupted as planned .

It is calculated as follows:

DF = flow factor

The interim period therefore relates to interruptions planned in the process. It includes the idle time after the end of the last work process, the transport time and also the idle time at the target workstation until the start of the next work process .
