Incidents
- On April 4, 2016, a Boeing 737-800 with the registration number PK-LBS collided with an empty ATR 42-600 from TransNusa Air Services , which was towed to the hangar. The Boeing 737 was able to abort take-off, but was badly damaged. There were no injuries.
