Cirrus fibratus (Ci fib)

Fibratus (abbreviation: fib , Latin: fibrous ) are scattered clouds that consist of almost straight or more or less irregularly curved fibers. They look like they have been combed and do not collect in one point like the uncinus type . The fibers can sometimes extend over a fairly large part of the sky when the winds are strong enough. The name is mainly used for cirrus and cirrostratus .
