Neuselsbrunn is a settlement in Nuremberg . Neuselsbrunn is a street name and a district of Nuremberg and part of the statistical district 32 ( Langwasser Northwest ).
geography
Neuselsbrunn is located in the south of Nuremberg and is framed by Otto-Bärnreuther-Strasse, Karl-Schönleben-Strasse and Münchener Strasse. The residential complex has around 700 apartments. In the center are three 20-story high-rise buildings. On December 31, 1997, 1,389 people lived in 18 apartment buildings with seven or more apartments on an area of less than 14 hectares .
history
The name Neuselsbrunn goes back to a small stream. The profit German Housing Association Dusseldorf was built from 1963 to the north of Langwasser a Park Condominium. The architect was Gerhard Günther Dittrich . The area has been part of the urban area of Nuremberg since 1938.
