Zambia took part in the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico Mexico City with a delegation of seven male athletes in five competitions in two sports part. The youngest participant was the boxer David Nata (17 years and 210 days), the oldest participant was the marathon runner Douglas Zinkala (24 years and 98 days).
It was Zambia's second participation in the Summer Olympics .
