Team relay in luge at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games .

The team relay race in luge was held in one run. It took place on February 15, 2018 at 9:30 p.m. local time (1:30 p.m. CET ). The venue was the Alpensia Sliding Center . The German team relay with Natalie Geisenberger , Johannes Ludwig , Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt was the Olympic champion .

The toboggan relay consisted of one women and one men and one two-seater. 13 nations competed with one sled each in all three competitions and were thus able to provide a relay. Although the trainers were free to nominate, the best tobogganers from each nation from the singles and doubles competitions were nominated as usual. The only exception was the USA, where it was not the best-placed Erin Hamlin , but the toboggan runner with the fastest individual run, Summer Britcher .
