The 1993 Pontins Professional was a snooker tournament for the 1992/93 season . It was held from May 8th to 15th at the Pontins' holiday resort in Prestatyn on the north coast of Wales.

Steve James ' attempt to defend his title ended in the semi-finals against Darren Morgan . The Welshman missed his second win at this tournament. Ken Doherty got his first victory with a 9: 3 in the final when he participated for the first time.

Prize money

As in previous years, there was a prize of £ 3,500 for winning the tournament .
