Ruth Lorenzo Pascual (born November 10, 1982 in Murcia ) is a Spanish singer and composer .

biography

Lorenzo rose to prominence as a participant in the UK talent show The X Factor in 2008, where she came in fifth with Dannii Minogue as her mentor. On February 22nd, 2014 she won the Spanish preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 and represented Spain on May 10th with the song Dancing in the Rain in Copenhagen . She took tenth place in the final.
