Steve Webster MBE (born January 7, 1960 in Easingwold , North Yorkshire , England ) is a former British motorcycle racer and ten-time world champion in the sidecar class.

Webster started racing at the age of 19. In 1983 he entered the motorcycle world championship and in 1987 won his first of a total of ten world championship titles with partner Tony Hewitt on an LCR - Yamaha . Webster finished 62 out of 181 world championship races as the winner. He also took 37 second and 27 third places and achieved 82 pole positions . The first 23 of his victories drove Webster one as part of the motorcycle world championship, the remaining 39 were held in the framework of the program since 1997 as part of the Superbike World Championship discharged FIM Sidecar World Championship instead. Besides Hewitt, Gavin Simmons, David James and Paul Woodhead were also used in the sidecar.

Webster is a member of the British Empire .
