Thomas Will (born June 2, 1966 in Cottbus ) is a former German racing cyclist who was active on track and road .

In 1987 Thomas Will became GDR champion in team pursuit on the track with Steffen Blochwitz , Dirk Meier and Roland Hennig from SC Cottbus, in 1988 together with the same driver vice-champion. Also in 1987, the four-man team from SC Cottbus with Blochwitz, Meier, Will and Jörg Pawalozyk won the GDR indoor cycling championships at the Berlin winter track races in the Werner-Seelenbinder-Halle . Four years later he won the German championship title in the team time trial together with Blochwitz, Meier and Achmed Wolke .

After retiring from active cycling, Will learned the profession of physiotherapist . He runs a joint practice with his wife in Cottbus and looks after active athletes.
