Hellersdorf underground station

The subway station Heller village is a station of the Berlin U-Bahn - U5 . It is located in the Hellersdorf district and can be accessed from Riesaer Straße . At the BVG it is listed under the abbreviation Hd . The train station is 755 meters from Cottbusser Platz underground station and 837 meters from Louis-Lewin-Straße underground station . Like the other two, it has a central platform ; its color code is blue.

history

The underground station was built as part of the extension of the then line E from Alexanderplatz to Hönow and opened on July 1, 1989. It is located directly in Helle Mitte , the center of the district of Hellersdorf.

Connection

The underground station has been served by line U5 (until 1990: line E) of the Berlin underground since it opened. You can change to bus lines 195, X54 and night line N5 as well as tram lines M6 and 18.
