The Hebrew word for [[glue]] is דבק ''devek'' which is the root for ''devekut'', "dvekut" or ''devekus''. The concept of Devekut is important in Jewish culture, particularly in Hasidism and the in history of Jewish thought, mysticism, and ethics.
