== Decrease in acid attacks ==

I've removed the claim that "The number of acid attacks has reduced by about 40% since 2003," as it was unsourced and [http://www.ohchr.org/Documents/HRBodies/CEDAW/HarmfulPractices/AvonGlobalCenterforWomenandJustice.pdf this UN report] suggests acid attacks have decreased by 15–20% each year since 2002 primarily due to new laws and changing awareness of consequences for making attacks. --[[User:Lunar Jesters|Lunar Jesters]] ([[User talk:Lunar Jesters|talk]]) 02:56, 12 October 2013 (UTC)

Decrease in acid attacks[edit]

I've removed the claim that "The number of acid attacks has reduced by about 40% since 2003," as it was unsourced and this UN report suggests acid attacks have decreased by 15–20% each year since 2002 primarily due to new laws and changing awareness of consequences for making attacks. --Lunar Jesters (talk) 02:56, 12 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
