Becharof Lake is a 37-mile-long (60 km) lake on the Alaska Peninsula of the U.S. state of Alaska. It is located 23 miles (37 km) southeast of Egegik, at 57°57′08″N 156°22′36″W / 57.9522222°N 156.3766667°W. The lake was named in 1868 by naturalist W. H. Dall for Russian navigator Dmitry Bocharov, who explored Alaska in 1788.
