Elisabeth ("Lisanne") Anne Marie Lejeune (born July 28, 1963 in Den Haag, Zuid-Holland) is a former Dutch field hockey defender, who won the bronze medal with the National Women's Team at the 1988 Summer Olympics.

From 1984 to 1994 she played a total number of 95 international matches for Holland, in which she scored 91 goals, most of them from penalty corners. Due to injury she had to miss the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. Lejeune is considered as one of the finest field hockey players Holland has ever produced.
