Roy Lee Jefferson (born November 9, 1943 in Texarkana, Texas) is a former American football wide receiver who played twelve seasons in the National Football League. During 162 regular season games he had 451 receptions for 7,539 yards and 52 touchdowns. Jefferson spent his first five NFL seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers (1965-1969) his best year was 1968 with 58 receptions for 1,074 yards and 11 touchdowns. He played with the Baltimore Colts in 1970 and finished his career after six seasons with the Washington Redskins (1971-1976). Jefferson played in Super Bowl V for the Baltimore Colts and in Super Bowl VII for the Washington Redskins.
