Copac is a union catalogue which provides free access to the merged online catalogues of 24 major university research libraries in the United Kingdom and Ireland, plus the British Library and the National Library of Scotland. It has over 31 million records representing a wide range of materials across all subject areas. Copac is freely available to all.

Copac is searchable through an easy to use web interface as well as via a Z39.50 client.

Copac is a MIMAS service based at the University of Manchester. It is funded by JISC and uses records supplied by CURL (the Consortium of Research Libraries). "Copac" is a registered trade mark of the University of Manchester, no longer standing for CURL Online Public Access Catalogue.
