This is getting a bit boring to be honest, OK maybe the user is a school photographer, aerial photographer, owns several websites and press photographs, I will leave it up to administrators to decide. Personally I think it is another copyvio and he didn't take the picture himself, also if the date 2001 is correct, I'm not sure wikipedia should be displaying pictures of children like this, probably without their knowledge. +**Well it is a scan and it is from a book - my art book. In my time in Zimbabwe and Rhodesia I met many of the members of parliament and were able to take photos of them and even make portraits of some of them as in this image.  *This is getting a bit boring to be honest, OK maybe the user is a school photographer, aerial photographer, owns several websites and press photographs, I will leave it up to administrators to decide.  Personally I think it is another copyvio and he didn't take the picture himself, also if the date 2001 is correct, I'm not sure wikipedia should be displaying pictures of children like this, probably without their knowledge.
