Delton is a town in Sauk County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 2,024 at the 2000 census.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 30.2 square miles (78.2 km²), of which, 29.6 square miles (76.7 km²) of it is land and 0.6 square miles (1.6 km²) of it (1.99%) is water.

The racial makeup of the town was 93.82% White, 0.40% African American, 4.55% Native American, 0.05% Asian, 0.25% Pacific Islander, 0.59% from other races, and 0.35% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.09% of the population.
