William Lewis "Chuck" Wortman (January 5, 1892 in Baltimore, Maryland - August 19, 1977 in Las Vegas, Nevada), was a professional baseball player who played short stop in the Major Leagues from 1916-1918. He would play for the Chicago Cubs.
