Template:Icu West County Detention Center is a large men's and women's county prison in Richmond, California.
Overview
It is located in the Point Pinole area of the city between Parchester Village to the couth, Point Pinole Regional Shoreline to the west and the Hilltop area to the east. The prison is served by AC Transit bus service. It houses people 18 and over for medium length sentences for local crime and some state crimes. There have been many accusations of prison rape at this facility in the men's division.
