PetroJet is a football team of the Egyptian petrol company, PetroJet. They are based in Suez. The team is about to commence their fourth season in the Egyptian Premier League.

PetroJet football team was promoted to the Egyptian Premier League for the first time since its establishment 4 years ago for the 2006-07 season. PetroJet team reserved their ticket to the Egyptian Premier League after a fierce competition with a number of strong teams like Tersana, Al-Sekka Al-Hadid and others.

The team play since they joined the city of Suez to the Egyptian Premier League in the season 2006-2007.

PetroJet's coaching staff is currently led by Mokhtar Mokhtar, former player and coach of top Egyptian club Al-Ahly.


History

PetroJet formerly played their home games at Cairo International Stadium, But after playing in the Egyptian Premier League, PetroJet transfer his matches to Suez Stadium . But PetroJet still training at Cairo International Stadium.
